Core Community Resources serves senior citizens in northern Bayfield county. Two of their most prominent services are running the Bayfield Food Pantry and sending out care packages to citizen. Their services are free of charge to those who need it.
Big Water Film Festival takes place annually over a long weekend in early November and features independent films from around the corner and around the world combined with Q&A sessions with filmmakers and producers. Screenings of the festival can be found locally in Ashland, Washburn, Bayfield, and Drummond.

Superior Rivers Watershed Association collects water quality data in Lake Superior’s southern watersheds. They are raising funds to help transform their data into user-friendly formats in order to increase stewardship that will better the future of our watersheds.
