May’s smoothie recipes are all about the green. The kiwi avocado smoothie starts tart and has a creamy aftertaste. The green mango smoothie gets its creaminess from bananas. Grab your blender and give them both a taste!
Kiwi Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
5 kiwis, peeled
½ avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup plain coconut water
2 Tablespoons honey
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired.

Green Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons hemp seeds, if desired
Directions: Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add a sweetener if desired. Stir in hemp seeds.
