HANDS-ON – Quench your thirst with beverages made from the most flavorful wild ingredients! We will start with a short identification walk in the neighborhood to take stock of wild beverage ingredients growing in our midst like blooms, berries, roots, and herbs. Using plants foraged from our walk and other pre-harvested ingredients, it will be time to get hands-on as we brew iced wild “coffee” lattes, make floral blossom waters, mix a berry-lemonade, and ferment a wild kombucha.
