Incorporate an array of locally available wild flavors into an ultra-tasty, gourmet, and truly unique pizza! We will start by baking an acorn and wild rice crust, then slather it with a wild herb seasoned sauce, top that with hazelnut and milkweed “cheese”, and finish off with wild mushrooms and greens. You will also learn plant identification and harvesting tips, as well as flavor profiles and cooking characteristics of the ingredients.
