HANDS-ON – Growing sprouts may be intimidating, but once you know the ins and outs of this simple process, you’ll be growing your own in no time. In this short class, you’ll learn sprouting basics, from seed storage and soaking to rinsing and harvesting. Each student will take home not only the knowledge they need to start sprouting, but also a sprouting jar that’s ready to grow.
