DEMO: Looking for new ways to cook your mushrooms? In this class, you’ll learn our favorite tips, tricks, and hacks. We will also review some of the nutritional benefits of fungi and talk about our farm’s naturally cultivated mushrooms. Samples and cooking techniques will be offered for sautees, grilling, soups, and even chips!
