REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, January 11
HANDS-ON – Cindy Hale of Clover Valley Farms & Vinegary will give a quick introduction to the different type of vinegars (i.e. white distilled, Balsamic, Wine and Cider Vinegars, etc.), how they are made and their different characteristics. She will then lead you through the steps of creating your own homemade wine and fruit vinegars. You will go home with a jar of bacterial “mother” and an easy to follow procedure for culturing your own home made and healthful vinegars.
