Cost: $15/$10 owners
HANDS-ON: Participants will learn to make traditional sauerkraut with green cabbage and salt. Additionally, learn about the cultural history of this food, and about the health benefits associated with sauerkraut. Please bring one or more quart sized glass jars to take home your own kraut!
