HANDS-ON: In this workshop, participants will learn to make three green condiments: pesto with herbs and wild weeds, chermoula, and curry paste. In these recipes we will use basil, cilantro, parsley, lemon balm, lambsquarters, purslane, and other herbs. Bring three half pint jars and take home some samples!
