Join us for this unique MMC celiac support group meeting where Theresa Hoyle will demonstrate how to cook gluten-free grains such as millet, amaranth, buckwheat, and quinoa. Learn how easy, quick, and delicious these grains can be, along with the nutritional benefits of expanding your diet beyond rice flour products. Overcome these barriers by cooking as a group and tasting these great grains.
