DEMONSTRATION – In this informational class, you’ll learn the basics of cooking fish and seafood, from issues with sustainable harvesting and the different kinds of available, to choosing, preparing, and cooking your fish and seafood. Students will receive recipes that will help them practice the techniques they learn in the class.
