ASEXUALL YEAST FARTS. Ahem! Now that I have your attention: Wanna learn how to bake bread, but don’t have a lot of time? Are you OK with Very Specific measurements like “some water,” and “enough flour?”
In this hands-in-the-dough class, AJ Van Beest will share his Zen secrets to relaxed bread baking. Go from “no” to “dough” to “whoa” in about 20 minutes of hands-on time, plus… whatever… for rising and baking. For maximum fun with this class, bring an apron, and a bowl that’s big enough to be a hat (but not a sombrero!).
