Chef, Jonathan Berthel will be in the kitchen cooking up chicken and sausage gumbo! This Liousiana inspired dish will be served with a flaky biscuit! Biscuits made without gluten available.
Jonathan Berthel is the Chef/Owner of Penokee Mountain Foods, a private Chef business with an emphasis on utilizing local foods to create unique and satisfying menu options. Jon has over 30 years of experience in the Food Service industry and wanders the Northwoods sharing his talents with folks from all walks of life! In the past he has worked closely with over 20 local farms to bring his menus to light while supporting the local foods movement in the Mid-West. He looks forward to spending some time with you all serving up his real and honest cooking.
