I’m sure you’re wondering about your patronage rebate. We apologize that it is still not working at the registers. We were (and still are) so excited to be able to issue a patronage rebate to our owners this year but have run into some technical difficulties. We have done as much as we can from within the store and are working with outside help to get the issues fixed as soon as possible. It has been more trial and error than anticipated. We really appreciate your patience, and we will be sure to let you know when the system is finally up and running! As mentioned on the letter in mail, the rebate will be available until October 31st, 2021. You may also place a check request which must be received by the Co-op by September 30th, 2021. Again, thank you for your patience and ownership of the Chequamegon Food Co-op, we couldn’t be doing this without you.
