What’s Fresh? Sauté Bouquets!
What’s a Sauté Bouquet, you ask? Hermit Creek Farm’s Sauté Bouquets are a mix of different Asian greens harvested at the teenage stage. With flavors ranging from mildly pungent to sweet, these Asian greens traditionally have been used in stir fries and soups, but can be grilled or used in salads as well. These are the powerhouse of healthy greens in the brassica family.
Each bouquet contains a mixture of some of the following: mizuna, tatsoi, Hon Tsai Tai, Tokyo Bekana, Komatsuna, arugula, kale, green wave mustard, and golden or scarlet frill mustard.
