HANDS-ON – It’s Mardi Gras and what better way to celebrate than with a homemade Cajun meal! Cajun cooking has its roots in the French-speaking Arcadian people who were deported from Canada to Louisiana. The food is rustic and simple, with ingredients roughly chopped.
